I’m happy to say I’ve been eating only fruit and salads for one week :3 my boyfriend doesn’t let me have a scale yet, but I feel a bit lighter! I’m really happy and feel really good, healthy. Even my mood is better.
I highly recommend raw food diet or at least eating as much fruit and vegetables you can! Seems difficult in the beginning, but it isn’t so and you’ll see it’s worth it!

I’m not having much time these days, I’ve a lot to do for university… and I haven’t been putting much attention to my diet… it has been very irregular, some days I don’t almost eat and others I eat a lot… anyway, I don’t own a scale (my boyfriend made me throw away mine) so I don’t know how I’m going… I just feel all bloated and awful, but, of course, I’m not a good judge…
